Pink Bourbon coffee tastes sweeter and more fruity than most varietals.   It has the full body of a Colombian, but has a sparkling acidity, tang like honey, cotton candy?  It's so unique it is hard to describe.  You have to try it yourself to understand the mystery behind the taste.  We roast it just to medium to preserve the natural fruit notes in the coffee.  

Producing pink bourbon coffee requires a crazy amount of labor and passion.  Pink Bourbon bushes don't produce much and don't live very long. It's hard to know when to harvest because the fruit is pink when it's ripe. With other coffees, pink means unripe. If you wait for this one to turn red it spoils.  Because of this, Pink Bourbon is rare.  This micro lot came from the Huila Region, from Finca La Vega Farm.
